There is a growing phenomenon in the theater world. “Bundled comedy shows.” (Four stand-up comedians with a theme performing at theaters through out the US.) The biggest and most successful is “The Blue Collar Comedy Tour” (Red Neck comedy) “The Kings of Comedy” (4 Black comics who perform mostly for black audiences) “the Four Blond Moms” (female and parenting humor) “The Good Humor Men” (Four comics who have appeared on the Tonight show with Johnny Carson.) There are a few others.
So far there hasn’t been a group of suburban comics with a suburban theme.
(There is a huge demand for this type of show because the majority of people now live and work in the suburbs.)
This show has now arrived. It is...
“THE SUBURBAN COMEDY TOUR”
The tour has four very funny comedians with unique styles representing four different generations from the suburbs. 20’s, 30’s, 40’s and over 50’s.
The four comics are all raised and living in the suburbs. (The opposite of the Blue Collar guys) They work clean or at worst PG-13. They all have different personalities and comedy styles.
• Andrew Norelli, a 28 year old who has never been married and never wants kids. He just wants to be funny, and successfully perform comedy.
• Dave Burleigh, a 36 year old who would love to get married and have kids and a house with a picket fence. He is tired of the dating scene but is even more tired of hanging out with disgruntled married friends...all of it just makes him more confused.
• Mickey Joseph, a 46 year old who has been married and has raised two great kids as a single parent.
• Ken Koskella, the old guy (way over 50). Retired and married forever, Ken has seen it all. He has, "been there and done that."
This is one of the funniest and unique comedy shows on the market today.
